I am a passionate mother of 7 children, aged 47. A psycho-social and HIV/AIDS management counsellor. Am learning tailoring, bee keeping women supervisor at kashitu school and am in charge of marketing at New Renato community society.

These projects have taught me various skills and we are benefiting direct and family, and am wishing to continue being part of the team and work together with Czech volunteers.

Mr. Phiri shardrick

I am 59 years old, with four children. am a specialist in metal fabrication, panel beating and welding. I have ideas in simple and heavy machinery and engineering. At kashitu secondary projects, am doing all metal welding related works and I make smokers for bee keepers, I enjoy working with Czech guys because they are cooperative and have sense of humor.

I would recommend more youths to be trained and develop the training institute for metal fabrication for more man power.

Elijah 

Am a determined young man aged 27, coming from northern part of Zambia, came and joined Kashitu- New Renato Community society in 2023 as a trainee for construction. I have gained different kind of construction skills just from the foundation of the building until roofing completion stage.

Excitingly, am now working as the store's manager of the workshop and every equipment and tools at facility to make sure that are kept safe and in a good condition. I interact with Czech volunteers, they are always amazing and good to work with

And am wishing the completion of secondary school to be the benefits of the community.

Am a stylish young lady, 23 of age with one baby girl child, just completed my secondary education, in addition I am the hairdresser at the facility I plait hair for both Czech and Zambian people and joined new Renato community society to learn tailoring and now am able to sew products with minimal supervision and few challenges. in our country to access skills it's to pay but for these project skills the organization offers to learn for free. Czech people are like they just come from the same family, they are ever smiling, good to work with and during social and funny activities like camp fire and church.

And I wish to learn more skills and acquire a certificate in tailoring.

Mr. Mumba

I witnessed just the begin of New Renato community society years back but it has developed because of the projects of the workshop, honey production shop and kashitu secondary school. Am 66years old I have one child and 6 grandchildren.

I work as a carpenter at the work shop, I have gotten carpentry skills, making bee hives, swarm boxes, top bars for bee keepers and other products of our customers.

I wish to finish building secondary school I will be very happy upon witnessing the official launching of school.

Adesy Tracy Kafwembe 

I studied Tailoring, entrepreneurship and General catering includes Hospitality. I joined Kashitu- NRCS when I was still a teen and Am now a chef for the facility. I really enjoy spend time in kitchen cooking for Volunteers includes Czech and German guys. Since ever I started mingling with them, have learnt how to prepare variety of meals and European recipes. It has been a great experience seeing them adopting our culture includes dress code. The most amazing moments with them are going to the Kashitu hill, dancing during campfire and funny time when cooking together. And am wishing the completion of secondary school because it will create more job and occupation opportunities for people from the community.

Emanuel

I studied geography and civic education in the education faculty as teacher by professional. Am spearheading the finances of the team NRCS, in charge of education and agriculture and gardening. I have learnt skills on how to manage finances at personal and group level and more technologies.

Czech people working culture considering time and amazing to work with. We need to speed up the construction of secondary school because it's a community´s benefits.
